A small assistant that lives on the page and answers visitor questions from Mother Tree Doula's own verified FAQ. It reads like a conversation and stays inside the facts.
An answer bubble is a floating chat button you drop onto any website with a single <script> tag. A visitor clicks it and asks in plain language. The reply comes straight from that business's curated FAQ, so it is accurate and checkable, not a general model left to improvise.
When a question falls outside the FAQ, the bubble says so and points to a human. It does not invent an answer to look helpful.
Every reply is drawn from a verified FAQ the business wrote. If the answer is not in the source, the bubble tells the visitor and hands them to a real person.
No polling, no background timers, no retries. A single request fires when someone asks, and nothing runs until the chat is opened. The traffic is easy to reason about.
As the chat moves along it reads intent and surfaces the right booking or contact step, so a curious visitor can become a lead without leaving the page.
Knowledge, funnel behavior, and branding are three JSON files. The same engine reskins for any business by editing config, not rewriting logic.
Most FAQ bots stop at answering. This one keeps going, and the timing comes from what the visitor is doing, not a countdown.
The visitor asks questions. The bubble answers from the FAQ and offers related follow-ups to keep the thread going.
A few turns in, relevant service or booking links appear alongside the follow-ups.
The bubble offers a short lead form so the visitor can reach out directly, without leaving the page.

Not sure which one you have? If you log in to your site at a /wp-admin page, open WordPress. If you (or whoever built the site) edit files that end in .html, open Plain HTML.
Click the Copy button. That was the hard part.
Go to your site and add /wp-admin on the end, like yoursite.com/wp-admin. Sign in with your normal login.
In the left menu, click Plugins → Add New. In the search box, type WPCode. Find the one whose name mentions "Insert Headers and Footers," click Install Now, then Activate.
A new item called Code Snippets shows up in the left menu. Click it, then click Header & Footer.
Click inside the Footer box, paste the line (Ctrl+V on Windows, ⌘+V on Mac), then click Save Changes at the top.
Open your website in a new tab. A little chat bubble is now sitting in the bottom-right corner. You're live.
Click the Copy button. Same line, both ways.
Open the HTML file for the page. It ends in .html, and your homepage is usually index.html. Open it wherever you edit your site: your web host's File Manager, or the file on your own computer.
Scroll all the way down. Near the end you'll see a line that reads </body>. That line is your landmark.
Click just in front of </body>, press Enter to open a blank line above it, and paste there (Ctrl+V on Windows, ⌘+V on Mac). Your <script> line should end up sitting directly above </body>.
Save the file. If you edited it on your own computer, upload it back to your host the same way you normally add files.
Plain HTML shows the bubble only on pages that have the line. Paste it on each page you want it on. If your site shares one footer or template file, paste it there once and every page gets it.
Open your website and refresh. A little chat bubble is now sitting in the bottom-right corner. You're live.
<script all the way to </script>.Open the chat in the bottom-right corner. Ask it anything covered in the FAQ, and watch the follow-ups and offers appear as you go.
